Reggie Carter is an accomplished executive, investor, and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of leadership experience driving commercial growth, operational excellence, and strategic transformation across Fortune 500 healthcare organizations, biotechnology, and private equity-backed businesses. As the owner of Bullchase, Reggie combines extensive operating experience with an investor's perspective to scale lower middle-market businesses. Prior to leading Bullchase, he held senior executive leadership roles at General Electric (GE Healthcare) and Biogen, where he successfully led multi-state commercial organizations, expanded regional revenue from $300 million to $400 million, and directed the commercial launch of the first disease-modifying therapy for Alzheimer's disease across the Western United States. Throughout his career, he has consistently built high-performing teams, developed growth strategies, and created sustainable value for customers, employees, and shareholders.
Reggie's leadership philosophy centers on operational discipline, people development, and long-term value creation. His broad commercial experience — from biomedical engineering and healthcare technology to executive leadership and private equity — provides a unique ability to identify scalable growth opportunities across industries. He has extensive experience developing sales organizations, expanding into new markets, strengthening customer relationships, and implementing operating frameworks that drive accountability and performance. As the leader of Bullchase, Reggie is committed to preserving the culture that made the business successful and applying disciplined operational and strategic execution to accelerate growth while creating lasting enterprise value. His commitment to leadership extends beyond business, serving on nonprofit and community boards while mentoring the next generation of business leaders.

Charles Smith is an accomplished operating executive with more than 15 years of leadership experience spanning both Fortune 500 companies and the U.S. Army. Throughout his career, Charles has built a reputation for transforming complex organizations through operational excellence, implementing data-driven performance management systems, standardizing processes, and developing scalable operating models that improve efficiency, profitability, and long-term growth. His background includes leadership roles at Amazon and in military service, where he successfully led organizations of up to 1,000 personnel in dynamic, high-pressure environments while managing logistics, procurement, maintenance, budgeting, and strategic initiatives.
Charles brings a hands-on operating partner mindset by combining disciplined execution with a passion for developing people and building high-performing teams. He has consistently attracted, mentored, and developed leaders while fostering cultures centered on accountability, continuous improvement, and customer excellence. Charles holds a Bachelor's in Accounting from Hampton University, an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas, a Master's in International Relations from the University of Oklahoma, and a Master's in Operational Studies from the Command and General Staff College.
